Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Auditor to join our remote team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will primarily involve collaborating with US internal stakeholders to support SOX automations, risk-based audits, and IAS operations through advanced analytics and technical code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute automation, dashboarding and AI projects.
  • Manage and maintain existing automation processes to support risk-based audits and IAS operations.
  • Collaborate with US internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of continuous monitoring tools to support IAS priorities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Support AI development initiatives and other strategic priorities within the IAS team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, auditing, or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++ R, or SQL.
  • Experience in dashboarding and ETL tools, preferably Power BI and Alteryx
  • Experience with automation tools, preferably Power Automate, Power App, Automation Anywhere etc.
  • Experience with using ChatGPT or Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus.
  • Experience with AI development and continuous monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
