Spares Business Unit (SBU) of  Applied Global Services (AGS) develops and manages innovative service products to assure the right spare part is delivered to the right place at the right time. As Product Line Manager you will be part of Forecasted Part Management (FPM) group. FPM  is a fast-growing subscription-based spares product.

FPM PLM Product Focal is a business and product management role. Product Line Manager guides every step of FPM lifecycle, from development to positioning, continual support and improvements. Works closely with Marketing, SBU and AGS leadership on product next evolution. Creates and maintains product documentation, sales collaterals and training material. Manage development programs for FPM program managers and SBU stakeholders. The role requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business practices to improve our Spares product / service business. Leads cross functional teams, such as Order Management, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Contract Management, GIS, Business Analytics, Finance or Legal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works closely with operational functions such as Revenue Operation, Order Management, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, GIS,  and Spares SBU peers on FPM productivity enhancements.
  • Manage FPM enhancement activities such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), design review, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), training, reporting, communication, conversion and rollout plans.
  • Evaluates and reports FPM performance to SBU management. Supports product and business reviews.
  • Supports Field with product documentation such as check lists, templates, working instructions, reports, sales collaterals.
  • SBU POC for FPM related system issues. Coordinates resolution with GIS and other stakeholders.
  • Oversees accounts for consistent and POA compliant product delivery. Recommends corrective actions to mitigate the “off target” issues.
  • Develops and maintains FPM training material. Manages training activities. Facilitates and hosts FPM PM forum.

Functional Knowledge

  • Profound knowledge of Applied Materials spares supply network, order processing and fulfillment; proficient in data mining, analysis, and presentation.
  • AGS field experience is a plus.

Business Expertise

  • Knowledge of AGS service POA and how own area integrates with others.
  • General spares business acumen.

Leadership

  • Leads regional FPM PM teams and mentors less experienced PLMs.

  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.

U.S. Salary Range:

$108,000.00 - $148,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
