Job Description
 

Sprinklr is looking for an experienced and driven Global Senior Manager, Credit & Collections to join our team. 

The Senior Manager will play a key role within the Order to Cash team and broader Finance organization to provide real-time support and analytics.   Reporting to the Global Sr. Director of Revenue Accounting, you will lead a team of analysts across multiple time zones to scale and automate day to day operations, month-end close activities, as well as support strategic initiatives across the organization.  

What it looks like: 

  • Refinement and enforcement of credit and collections policy that mitigates company risk and exposure. 

  • Manage and build a robust collection team with a global footprint. 

  • Develop, track, and report regular updates to senior management of KPIs, analysis, and trends. 

  • Responsibility for cash forecasting, DSO, Aging profiles, and trend analysis. 

  • Ownership of deliverables to internal and external audits that are complete and accurate. 

  • Manage collections escalations from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner while upholding and maintaining the interests of the company. 

  • Partner with FP&A to develop accurate collections targets. 

  • Partner with customer-facing teams, building strong relationships both internally and with customers. 

  • Hire, lead, and mentor talent, enhance performance, achieve career aspirations and ensure succession planning in high impact roles. 

Your Experience: 

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in collections in enterprise SaaS. 

  • Knowledge and experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI is a plus. 

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills. 

  • Experience in high-growth technology (or similar) companies is a plus. 

  • Proven track record of leading successful collections teams. 

  • Understanding of month end close, GAAP, SOX and audit concepts and requirements as it relates to Billing and Collections.

Compensation Range

$100,000 - $133,000 - $166,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
