What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Senior TA Specialists and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements

• Assist in identifying and outreaching to potential candidates by utilising job boards and professional networking sites.

• Be an active part of the recruitment process by participating in interviews, coordinating candidate availability and tracking candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.

• Build and maintain a network of top talent for future hiring needs

• Enhance our employer brand and reputation as a top employer in the industry

What you need to have

• A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for finding and attracting exceptional candidates

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and writing skills

• Fluency in English
