What You Will Achieve
You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be responsible for delivering and improving HR processes and programs through continuous improvement efforts, technology solutions and direct coaching. You will guide execution of new and/or annual programs, such as performance management, employee relations, training and development etc. You will provide the necessary tools and processes to assist managers to better manage their workforce and drive behavior for colleagues to be self-sufficient.
As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the people in your division. Your under
standing of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside. You will be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.
Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients and healthcare.
How You Will Achieve It
Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within a division.
Develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes or products across own and related disciplines.
Provide support with Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Restructurings.
Corporate-wide initiatives and Strategic site initiatives.
Ensures high standards of compliance to norms, policies and procedure.
Work closely with leaders across HR function, business and other key leadership role to develop and execute the Human Resources strategy.
Drive execution of annual and daily processes and provide timely and effective coaching to managers on HR processes and programs.
Help create and drive labor relations strategy and tactics.
Coach business leaders to build high performing teams to ensure effectiveness and delivery of business objectives.
Stay current with innovative HR practices and informed on best-in class people and organization management.
Provide leaders coaching on HR systems and processes with an emphasis on teaching managers to become self-sufficient in utilizing tools.
Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies and procedures.
Create and drive labor relations strategy as well as tactical plans with the intent of creating a harmonious and productive employee relations environment.
Play an advisory role in supporting leaders to anchor key initiatives in the areas of culture building, career and talent architecture and capability transformation.
Create a motivated, committed and engaged project team that fosters innovation and professional development.

Organizational Effectiveness
Performance Management, Open Door issues, Development planning, Talent planning, Annual Compensation processes in line with global guidelines and local practices (i.e. calibration, reporting, and performance/pay differentiation) including reward and recognition.
Implement people strategy and HR aspects for business priorities that are efficient, consistent and legally appropriate
Drive global standardization, alignment and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience, preferably within MNCs
Experience in leading organizations through significant change.
Experience in creating and implementing standard HR process.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and strong competency with tools (tools to be added by Hiring Manager).
People management experience.
Nice-to-Have
Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Know-how for/agility to learn HR platforms and technology.
Experience working with works councils/unions.
Consultative, facilitation and engagement capabilities.
