Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and customization of financial applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud Financials. - Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems. - Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals. - Create business process models based on the requirements Mapping industry trends and best practices to the clients unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit Capable of defining architecting and re-engineering business processes - Able to present solutions described above to senior client management via whiteboard and PowerPoint - Adept at working with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and unit integration and acceptance testing" Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Financials modules. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integration tools and technologies. - Hands-on experience in data migration and data conversion. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Qualified CAs or MBA Finance with minimum 2 years of accounting experience - Excellent Accounting Skills and well versed with accounting software packages ie Tally Wings - Good Skills in MS Office - Should be well verse with financials modules like Oracle Financials Cloud - GL AP AR FAH RMCS Oracle Procurement Cloud Oracle PPM Cloud Oracle BI Publisher Oracle EBS Financials - GL AP AR Projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office but candidate should be ready to travel and work in shifts - A 15 years full-time education is required.
