Responsibilities:

• Assist in complex scheduling requests using MS Outlook tools
• Establish and maintain success metrics for Talent Acquisition programs
• Assist in promoting /Recruiting Branding - staffing Job boards, user group, LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc.
• Support social media recruitment to build the modern way of discovering and attracting key talents in different niches.
• Recruiting events strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Recruiters
• Track progress, measure success, and report on learnings and key outcomes
• Facilitate recruiting-related content, including job descriptions, interview guides, our careers page, and other recruiting-related collateral for all candidate touch points

Minimum Qualifications

•  Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business or a related major. 
• Up to 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
