What You'll Do:

• Proactively reach out to candidate prospects to support recruitment team build TOA by…

  • High activity calls

  • Sending out campaigns via Sense and Email

  • Scraping current database

  • Monitoring lead sources such as Vivian, Vetted, website leads, etc

• Work with Sourcing Manager to plan weekly strategy and focus

• Identify potential candidates through sourcing, screening candidate via phone and creating a profile for future submissions

• Maintain personal production through dials, screens and profiles created

  • 350 dials weekly, min of 3 apps sent with 5 screens per week, monthly deal goal max at 4 with ramp months 1-6
