What you’ll do: 

  • Own the marketing automation strategy and work with teams to create an implementation, operations, and measurement plan with a focus on building scalable campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. 
  • Own delivery and manage the roadmap for your assigned line of business group, leading and mentoring junior team members to support on time project delivery.
  • People manage your line of business support team, managing resource allocation and project planning, as well as mentoring and developing the team.
  • Create collaborative partnerships with cross-functional decision-makers, including sales, product, and marketing leadership–to get internal buy-in and effectively execute the marketing automation function 
  • Support product and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and understand campaign strategy to effectively design, develop, test, and deploy automated campaigns. 
  • Champion marketing data quality and governance in partnership with Legal, IT, and Business Systems by maintaining customer and marketing database hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CPRA, and other consumer rights regulations 
  • Build maintain and leverage a best-in-class marketing technology stack to drive multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs to support acquisition and retention throughout the partner lifecycle 
  • Establish key marketing operations processes to support growth of sales pipeline: lead definitions and stages, lead scoring, ABM operations, campaign optimization, and conversion rate optimization 
  • Partner with data teams to ensure that the requirements for data triggers and formatting are met for successful Marketo consumption and execution 
  • Evaluate and optimize programs based on ROI and performance analytics 

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales-related field; or equivalent related professional experience 
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in using marketing technologies to deliver marketing content across multiple channels and drive operational efficiencies 
  • Must have significant, advanced and recent Marketo experience, preferably with Marketo Certified Expert credentials.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce to Marketo integrations, both native and custom API.
  • Ability to take marketing concepts/requirements and translate them into functional specifications for developers and system admins 
  • Solid understanding of principles of data, how data is structured and organized, how it flows between systems, etc 
  • Ability to personally leverage API connections between connected systems from provisioning to execution to reporting of outcomes 
  • Leverage the foundation and fundamentals in place to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies while both maintaining quality and driving innovation 
  • Groom the enterprise mindset of connecting data & systems so we can realize immediate gains but ensure sustainability and growth 
  • Coach and mentor the extended team on marketing automation methodologies, principles and practices 

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
