Summary:

In this role, you will interface with end users regarding systems issues, training, and process improvements to protect data as a part of eCommerce exchange.  You will analyze data through events such as a Go Live to identify discrepancies and analyze vendors for immediate connection.  You will also manage shared spreadsheets as resources for opportunities and information on providers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain data integrity within one or more systems by ensuring data and tasks are accurate.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve more complex system issues (e.g., logic, error messages), with minimal supervision.

• Complete end users’ requests / tickets, escalating for assistance as needed, and provide status updates.

• Administer end user group trainings, making content enhancements as needed.  

• Test and validate systems updates and upgrades, reporting systems failures to department or IT operations for resolution.

• Maintain end user privileges and rights within systems access by adding, removing, or modifying end users’ profiles.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Robust skills in Microsoft Excel required.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $95,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
