Key Responsibilities:
Japanese Website:
• Collaborate with the web development team in India to mirror the North American website and add localized content.
• Develop and maintain SEO-friendly content for the Japanese market.
• Localize and translate global content (blogs, videos, landing pages) for Japanese audiences.
• Rework content with technical SMEs into engaging formats.
• Monitor website analytics to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
Virtual Events:
• Plan and execute virtual events to promote Applied SmartFactory solutions.
• Develop event-specific assets, including Zoom events and promotional materials, translated into Japanese.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless virtual event execution.
• Analyze virtual event performance and gather feedback for improvement.
Live Events:
• Plan and execute live events to promote Applied SmartFactory® solutions.
• Develop event-specific assets, including booth setups, banners, and promotional materials, translated into Japanese.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless live event execution.
• Analyze live event performance and gather feedback for improvement.
Email Communications:
• Campaign Management: Oversee the entire email campaign process, from planning to analysis and optimization (invitations, registrations, etc.).
• Surveys: Design and distribute post-event surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Content Localization: Ensure all email content is localized and culturally relevant for the Japanese market.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, using insights to improve future communications.
Special Skills & Knowledge:
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Proficient in writing engaging, SEO-friendly content.
• Self-starter with minimal direction, thriving in fast-paced environments and navigating shifting priorities.
• Comfortable reporting to North American leadership.
• Experience / familiarity with marketing tools (LinkedIn, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Microsoft Forms, WordPress) to streamline workflow and meet key deliverables.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
