Proposes, implements, and monitors new product marketing plans to achieve future sales and profit objectives for allocated products.
Product manager for an important product or product line, ranging several tens of millions of Euro’s future yearly sales revenue. The more junior role - with little or no experience as product manager - administers tactical programs of an assigned product line and assists in the development of overall product plans and programs. Furthermore, focuses on a specific, discrete product, primarily as an implementer rather than a developer

Job Description:

· Controls expenditure within budget for new product development and promotions.

· Identifies new business opportunities for new products, re-launches, packaging changes, and range extensions, and proposes initial plans to exploit these opportunities.

· Defines the commercial specifications for new products and for improvements of existing products

· Set priorities in development and formulation of new products or new applications of existing products.

· Prepares product marketing plans and discontinuation plans to ensure that the new product range is in tune with market opportunities.

· Prepares sales and profit estimates for future products

· Manages production and distribution for promotions, etc.

· Liaises with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans.

· Creating and keeping up-to date commercial and technical brochures, leaflets, presentations, labels, packaging, certificates and other means of communication for Nutreco products

· Constantly monitors performance of the product portfolio to ensure it meets organization objectives.

· Safeguard the quality of the products in cooperation with the quality department, and follow-up on customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • An Aquaculture related bachelor's degree is preferable (master's degree is preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years working in a similar position, fish relevance is a must.

  • Shrimp feed Market Knowledge.

  • Good experience in defining marketing plan and implementing marketing activities.

  • Understands market drivers and business dynamics (trends, evolution etc...)

  • Product skills (Features I benefits usage etc. ...).

  • Knows key stakeholders in the marketplace (distribution, customer, KOL)

  • Can communicate effectively on product and solutions.

  • Minimum Microsoft office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Good public speaking skills.

  • Results oriented.

  • Team collaboration and commitment.

  • Selling Techniques (PSS or equivalent is a plus) Selling coaching techniques (PSS or equivalent is a plus).

  • Have strong Planning Management skills.

  • Presentation and IT skills.

  • Proactive, reliable and can-do attitude.

  • Customer focus

  • Good communication in Vietnamese and English
