Actuation Mechanical Engineering Intern

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Target Rock team! The Mechanical Engineering Intern will provide manufacturing input to operations and suppliers by generating CAD models and drawings. They will also support engineering, manufacturing, and assembly process improvement initiatives, as well as create and maintain assembly instruction and documentation.

Location: East Farmingdale, NY

Salary/hourly rate:  $17.00 - $19.00 hourly

Your Challenge

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Under direct supervision, performs various tasks for the Curtiss‐Wright professional staff. May perform tasks that are administrative, analytical, mechanical, technical and/ or research based in nature.

Skills:

Education: Completed or In process in B.S. Mechanical Engineering

Communication Skills

Microsoft office

Experience:

Familiarity with 3D modeling and 2D drafting, component design for manufacturing
