How you will make an impact 

  • Process Development: Implement and enhance statistical process control (SPC)

  • Production Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize cycle times, capacities, and performance metrics

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements aligned with business objectives (SCR, ECR, ZBA)

  • Training & Documentation: Create training materials and conduct workshops for production personnel

  • Technology & Innovation: Support/Lead R&D in new product development and material integration

Your Background

  • Engineering degree (MSc/PhD) in process engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, physics, electronics, or chemistry

  • Experience in molding processes is a strong advantage

  • Strong understanding of high-volume production processes and statistical tools

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

  • Hands-on mindset and quick learning ability
