Position Overview:
We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager and HR Business Partner (HRBP) reporting to the Senior Director of HR, India to join our HR team and drive strategic HR initiatives that support our business objectives and promote employee engagement and development.

As the Senior Manager and HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior management and business leaders across various functions within the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with business goals and drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management and business leaders and HR team members across functions and geographies to understand business objectives and identify HR priorities and needs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with global HR team to lead and/or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational design, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes that attract top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to scale and enhance HR programs and processes as our business continues to grow.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to HR team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance HR practices and processes within the organization.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential HR matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in Global MNC is a must.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or similar role.
  • Intellectually curious with drive to continually improve, innovate and bring value to the business.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and organizational change.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
