Job Description

This role will be part of our Culture and Talent (C&T) Systems and Operations Team and provide support to Sprinklr globally.

Availability to work an afternoon shift is desirable, please specify in your application if you are open to this.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Employee Inquiries: Responding to employee queries regarding C&T policies, Workday navigation, data requests, payroll, and other C&T-related matters. This often involves providing information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating more complex problems to specific C&T teams if necessary. 

  • Employee Self-Service (ESS) Support: Assisting employees in using self-service C&T tools and portals for tasks such as updating personal information, accessing pay stubs, and submitting time-off requests. 

  • Employee Data Management: Keeping employee data up to date, initiating processes, loading data and facilitating process completion. Support audits or compliance checks when needed.  

  • C&T Technology Support: Assisting employees and managers with C&T technology tools, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training.  

  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline C&T processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.  

  • Audit support: Support with both internal and external audit requests, including data requests and reports. Follow defined processes for change requests as per documentation.  

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging HR trends and new features of HRIS software.   

  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training sessions to HR users. Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.  

 

Skills required for success 

  • Attention to Detail: C&T processes often involve sensitive and confidential information. Being detail-oriented is essential for maintaining data accuracy and compliance with regulations. 

  • Time Management: Managing multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently is essential. You should be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. 

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with C&T and IT teams, and other stakeholders. Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for non-technical colleagues.  

  • Problem Solving: The ability to assess problems, gather information, and develop various solutions.  Critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve existing C&T processes.  

  • Initiative: You have the internal drive and determination to initiate tasks and projects without external pressure or guidance. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, act on them, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance processes or outcomes. 

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Workday or other HCM System tools like Oracle HRMS or Oracle Fusion. 

  • C&T Knowledge: A strong understanding of general and Sprinklr’s processes, policies, and regulations is essential.  

  • Change Management: C&T shared services often involve process changes or projects to implement new modules or functionality. Understanding change management principles can be valuable in managing transitions smoothly. 

  • Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues in a shared services team is important. Being a team player and having the ability to work effectively with others is important. 

  • Customer Service: Shared services often involve dealing with employee inquiries and requests. Exceptional customer service skills are essential to address employees' needs promptly and professionally. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.  

  • Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in a role involving HR Operations / Shared Services. 

  • Experience with using ticketing tools and HCM Systems, such as Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.  

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with limited guidance
