Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional with a passion for the trading and investment industry? We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with at least 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in London.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and engaging our target audience through innovative and data-driven digital campaigns.
You will be an integral part of our growing business looking to change how we engage with our target audience and drive the right profiles to becoming happy and active clients.
Key responsibilities
Ownership of the Top of Funnel Digital KPIs and be data driven in maximizing outcomes for the business
Define & execute a Digital Marketing Strategic plan that focusses on building brand awareness, attracting the right type of leads and converting them into happy clients
Meet FCA regulatory requirements, with specific focus on ensuring all financial promotions are in line with Consumer Duty and UK fin prom regulations
Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Oversee the creation of engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience
Work with the global marketing team to roll-out global and local marketing campaigns using Paid, Owned and Earned channels
Working with local marketing and local commercial team to define and launch local market specific digital campaigns
Creation and analysis of local campaign metrics and optimize digital marketing activities
Recommendations and implementation of improvements based on performance analysis
Collaborate closely with other stakeholders including Digital Development, Client Insights and Paid Media teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within agreed scope
What you'll need to succeed
First and foremost, a ‘can-do’ attitude; 8-10 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of developing, delivering and leading highly targeted digital campaigns
Demonstrable ability to grow market share and generate leads from a small client base
Fluent in English - written and verbal and know how to use effective storytelling techniques
Strong commercial mindset and acumen for balancing customer needs and business goals to propose ambitious growth strategies
Ability to synthesize analytics, insights and intuition to develop, pilot and scale marketing campaigns that increase impact and ROI
A risk and compliance mindset ensuring that all activities meet regulatory requirements
Organised with strong prioritisation skills; eager to learn and deliver on more than one thing at a time; focused on delivery and outcomes
A self-starter, capable of managing a varied workload with multiple priorities
A marketing degree or a similar equivalent and a clear demonstrable interest in financial markets would be preferable
Location and Travel: This position is based in our London office. Occasional travel may be required for industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.
