We’re seeking a charismatic go-getter to join our team as a Culture and Employer Brand Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Global Experience, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to elevate Nextiva’s workplace culture. If you have stellar communication skills and a background in community management or employee engagement, this could be the perfect fit for you!

In this role, you’ll support cultural transformation initiatives that strategically align our organization, fostering an engaging employee experience that sets Nextiva’s Culture as a true market differentiator.

You’ll play a key role in turning our employees into passionate brand ambassadors. With your energy and enthusiasm for creating standout employee experiences, you’ll help shape our recognition programs, orchestrate unforgettable events, and manage vendor partnerships to build an environment where everyone can thrive.

This role is office-based, where your presence will help drive the energy and culture of the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Nextiva Pride: Embody the Nextiva values and represent our brand with energy and pride both inside and outside the company.
  • Support Cultural Transformation: Collaborate across teams to create and implement initiatives that strategically align the organization, promoting a workplace culture that turns employees into brand ambassadors.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with various departments to create creative campaigns that set and showcase Nextiva’s Culture as a true market differentiator.
  • Content Creation: Partner with Communications and Content teams to highlight our Culture across multiple channels and get hands-on with video recording and live streaming.
  • HQ Vibes: Keep the energy up by managing day-to-day employee engagement activities at HQ—think organizing fun events, social activities, and supporting large-scale company-wide happenings.
  • Culture Programs: Oversee local culture initiatives, like our Culture Carriers and philanthropy programs, making sure they run smoothly and make a real impact.
  • Online Presence: Keep a close eye on our employer brand reputation online, enhancing our presence and engagement.
  • Awards Strategy: Lead our efforts in sourcing and securing relevant external awards, from drafting nominations to seeing them through to the win.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships—think sourcing, negotiating, and keeping partnerships thriving to support our culture initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Collect and analyze data on our culture programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in business, marketing, or a similar area.
  • A way with words that can captivate and engage—plus, you’re efficient at gathering and conveying information compellingly.
  • You’ve got top-notch organizational skills, excel at multitasking, and can prioritize like a pro in high-energy settings.

Most importantly:

  • Passion for Culture: A deep love for fostering a positive, engaging workplace where everyone feels at home.
  • Creative Spirit: You’re full of “out-of-the-box” ideas and aren’t afraid to get creative to make things happen.
  • Project Juggler: Comfortable executing multiple projects in fast-paced environments with minimal direction.
