We’re seeking a charismatic go-getter to join our team as a Culture and Employer Brand Specialist. Reporting to the Director of Global Experience, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to elevate Nextiva’s workplace culture. In this role, you’ll support cultural transformation initiatives that strategically align our organization, fostering an engaging employee experience that sets Nextiva’s Culture as a true market differentiator.
You’ll play a key role in turning our employees into passionate brand ambassadors. With your energy and enthusiasm for creating standout employee experiences, you’ll help shape our recognition programs, orchestrate unforgettable events, and manage vendor partnerships to build an environment where everyone can thrive.
