We’re looking for a strategic operator and team leader who will drive Marketing Operations for our Mens Marketing team.
This role will be the engine that powers our offense; accountable for delivery and resource plans for the Men's marketing offense. The role will transform seasonal strategies and marketing intent into actionable plans that allow teams to deliver on time against scope and resource intent. This person is a team leader who is energized by problem solving, building relationships across the organization and driving rigor across the Consumer x Field of play offense.
You are a high-impact, empathetic leader who is a change agent for the Marketing operations team. You can drive a singular vision with nuanced approached by Field of Play. You will create consistency and accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong operational and marketing background. You have the ability to drive process and resource management, and quickly tackle roadblocks that will affect delivery of plans. You have a proven track record of creating impact within your organization or function and have a willingness to step into the undefined and drive collaboration between teams.
You will lead Marketing Operations for the Global Mens team – strategically developing an integrated offense, driving collaboration between teams, consistency on ways of work and delivery on projects against consumer needs. You will develop operational processes, drive work to deliver on time, collaborate across teams and manage resources. You will leverage tools, communication and collaboration skills to deliver best in class work. This role will drive rigor and consistency across the org.
This role will report directly to the Sr Director of Planning & Operations, Mens & Energy. As well as the Operations team, you will work closely with Global CODE, Marketing Planning, Brand Management, Marketing Functions and Geo Marketing Operations teams.
8+ years of relevant experience in operations, marketing or project management. Production experience is preferred.
Proven track record of driving cross functional workstreams and successful at navigating a matrix organization.
Strong strategic background, with experience in building a vision and roadmaps for delivery of the plans.

An empathetic, people first leader that is energized by unlocking the org and turning complex problems into simple solutions
Strong communication, presentation skills (Verbal & Visual). Proficiency in Airtable, Figma, Keynote and Excel is preferred.
