About The Team 

The Marketing Operations Team supports the Growth Marketing and Merchandising Organization which focuses on promoting high priority and relevant content to enhance its discoverability and monetization on the Roku platform.

 

About The Role 

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing and Merchandising Operations Coordinator to join our Growth Marketing and Merchandising team. In this role, you will help streamline processes, manage communications, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and organize team events and key initiatives. You will also coordinate schedules and assist the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong focus on processes, strategic problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities, all while thriving in a dynamic environment.

"For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $93,000 - $140,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off."

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Support the team with daily workflow, projects, and priorities  
  • Facilitate planning and organization of key team initiatives, team meetings and events  
  • Manage budget and vendor documentation ensuring accurate tracking  
  • Assist with team onboarding, hiring, needs/concerns and help process to solutions  
  • Assemble large meeting agendas, invites, and recap/distribute meeting notes/outcomes  
  • Assist in the publishing of regular marketing status and performance reports  
  • Gather and distribute information from various teams for smooth cross functional operations  
  • Compile, update and distribute marketing campaign calendars in coordination with all team members  
  • Manage and traffic marketing materials and assets, as needed

 

We’re excited if you have 

  • 4+ years’ experience in an administrative or professional role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience  
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, Confluence, Jira, etc.  
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities  
  • Ability to work independently, but aware of when/how to ask for assistance  
  • Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation and written communications
