About the role:

We are in search of a Seller CRM Campaign Manager to manage the flawless execution of seller specific campaigns across multiple channels. This person will infuse marketing principles to drive great customer outcomes, work cross-functionally to launch and track campaigns, and identify continuous areas of improvement for customer experience, business results, and operational finesse.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns: Implement marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure campaign tactics, messaging, and creative assets prioritize the customer experience and are delivered on schedule.

  • Communicate campaign progress: Regularly update key partners on campaign progress, performance, and results, providing clear and actionable insights.

  • Oversee creative process and final approver on creative and content while consulting with Team Lead.

  • Drive continuous improvement: Proactively seek ways to optimize campaign processes and improve the overall efficiency of marketing efforts.

  • Contribute to the CRM programs strategy development working in collaboration with insights, BUs, squads and wider CRM team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, business or a related field

  • 5+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.

  • Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry

  • Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.

  • Customer-centric and driven approach, managing performance against established KPIs while ensuring great customer experiences and high quality in results

  • Demonstrated project management experience; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize

  • Ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence across all levels, functions, geographies - internal and external

  • Effective communication skills in large & small settings, and comfortable working with Excel and Google Docs (primarily Slides and Sheets) and marketing tools.  Experience using monday.com project management tools a plus
