Responsibilities:

• Conduct segmentation analysis to enhance website personalization by identifying key segments within customer data.
• Perform internal data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Create custom reports using clickstream data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing.
• Ability to create custom reports using internal data.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
• Understanding of web analytics tools and methodologies.
