We are seeking a Contract Senior Solution Lead to join our rapidly growing team. This role sits at the intersection of the sales and delivery sides of Bounteous x Accolite (BxA) and serves as the linchpin across teams to deliver winning proposals.

Solution Leads expertly leverage relationships, experience, and expertise to influence and achieve positive outcomes. A strong track record successfully partnering with clients, shaping digital roadmaps, cultivating business, strategically collaborating, and making a long-lasting impact is essential to success. We are looking for a "T-shaped" individual who can engage comfortably with team members across all disciplines.
