About This Role

Reflex is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented CRM Manager to own incentive strategy and lead lifecycle marketing for our community of retail associates, we call them Reflexers. You will work closely with Growth, Operations, Product, and Retailer teams to craft comprehensive campaigns that drive best-in-class engagement and retention.

What You Will Do:

  • Create, own, and execute lifecycle communication and incentive programs to improve frequency, engagement, and retention among active Reflexers

  • Plan, optimize, and execute text, push, and in-app marketing campaigns for all active Reflexers

  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate campaign efficacy, find insights, and drive iterative improvements through robust A/B testing

  • Partner with Operations to prioritize campaigns and ensure alignment with high-level strategy and critical in-the-moment needs

  • Align marketing efforts with Growth team to ensure a cohesive full-funnel journey for Reflexers to increase lifetime value

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on incentive campaign success

  • Work with Product team to define and prioritize future functionality requests and advocate for the Reflexer experience and success

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or comparable experience

  • 5+ years of marketing or marketplace incentive experience, with demonstrable success in implementing loyalty, CRM, and incentive programs and processes

  • Experience in marketplace businesses is a plus

  • Advanced experience with tools for campaign management, texts, push notifications, in-app messaging, emails, etc.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-starter, ideally with experience in a high-paced startup environment

  • Willingness to take on challenges, learn from failure, work independently, and operate in ambiguity

  • Fluency in the language of metrics, transforming data into insights that fuel campaign optimization (SQL skills a bonus)
