Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Research and answer field questions concerning the monthly P&L statement.
  • Prepare accounting related entries and upload journal entries.
  • Follow our company’s established accounting processes.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts to appropriate detail.
  • Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
  • Compile and create monthly reports for senior management.
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus one (1) year of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
