The Talent Partner will work within a hybrid model which includes a mix of working from home, the office and on site with our frontline teams to support as best we can. Flexible working arrangements will be supported and are encouraged to ensure a healthy, work life balance.

Although the roles will work hand in hand with our entire TA & People Services team, the successful applicant will have a key focus on providing exceptional TA support to St Vincent’s Care throughout Sydney and surrounds, as well the St Vincent’s Health Australia network more broadly.

Reporting to the Talent Lead, you will provide and deliver an outstanding, end-to-end recruitment service to hiring managers, candidates and work closely with your dedicated Talent Support colleagues to ensure a seamless process – every time.  You will be able to see your impact on the business and those we care for, while being part of a fun, hardworking and super dedicated national Talent team.

Things that work for us:

  • A personal work ethic and a track record of recruitment / TA related achievements that you are humbly proud of

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, confident using all Microsoft programs (including Excel), Teams, knowing your way around recruitment systems and the importance of why using standardised templates and communications is key to quality and consistent service

  • You have successfully held an internal, high-volume TA / Recruitment position in a large, multisite organisation

  • Aged care (or healthcare) recruitment experience will be highly regarded

  • Your demonstrated skills will include managing the end to end recruitment process, behavioural interview techniques, creating job ads and exploring appropriate advertising streams, strategic sourcing know-how including passive market and head hunting, SEEK Talent searching, contingency recruitment planning and implementation, application screening, shortlisting, scheduling of interviews, hiring recommendation, offer negotiation, recruitment administration, building and arranging assessment centre and bulk recruitment days, proactive pipeline/forecasting, onboarding and more

  • National Police Certificate and successful completion of pre-employment requirements
