We are looking for the very best Staff Engineers to join our multi-year Enterprise Transformation Program.

You will support the program to deliver an ambitious vision against customer objectives, to create enduring technology differentiation with unmatched digital experiences built on decoupled, resilient, and reliable technology foundations. The 3 key objectives for our customers are:

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

  • Have a passion for designing, developing and deploying high quality software solutions and System Design.
  • Are familiar with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on excellent UXs, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure cloud pipelines, logging and monitoring.
  • Contributes to a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed.
  • Have a natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups including high level executives.
  • Can coach & mentor junior engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices.
  • Can perform code quality control through peer programming, code review and automated pipeline release management.

Tech skills
 

This is a highly technical role, requiring a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. You’ll be a good match if you have previous experience in:

  • Developing 3-tier application both on-premises and on cloud covering:
    • Frontend: React and Redux (Preferred) or Angular.
    • Backend: .Net Core (preferred) or C#.
    • Database: SQL and NoSQL experience (both admin and usage).
  • Infrastructure as code preferably using CloudFormation or Terraform experience.
  • Design and implementation of Microservices to deliver highly scalable APIs.
  • At least one scripting/programming language (i.e., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python).
  • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity or Octopus.
  • Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Unit Testing, Regression Testing).
  • Application Security.
  • Observability tools will be highly regarded.

Beneficial competencies

  • Configuration Management tooling.
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
