Financial Analyst - Reimbursement
Thrive in this challenging role, as you perform analyses and prepare reports on funding requests, monetary allocations, resource utilization, budget and revenue performance, and third-party reimbursement rates and regulations. Develop business plans for new programs and capital proposals. Resolve billing issues. Participate in all aspects of Medicare and Medicaid reporting. Gain valuable experience with the inner financial workings of our hospital, and develop insights that lead to revenue enhancement and other performance improvements.

Preferred Criteria

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Financial analyst in an hospital environment

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Knowledge of budget procedures
  • Knowledge of third party cost reports

Hybrid Schedule includes 4 days in office and 1 day remote.
