The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible to create, manage CIP (construction in process) projects since budgeted in system, capitalization of projects, perform periodical physical inventories, assign tag and control assets at the facilities for the different production lines, coordinate fixed assets sales and intercompany transfers, assess the possible disposal or impairment of assets, complying internal policies, trade compliance regulations and any tax law. Information delivery for statutory and SOX audits accomplishing all requirements and knowledge on USGAAP and Statutory ledgers

General Responsibilities
Collaborates on the preparation and entering of journal entries
• Key participant in balance sheet reconciliations
• Follow the company’s chart of accounts
• Organizes month-end and year-end close process
• Research and analyze current financial status
• Collaborate on financial action recommendations by analyzing accounting options
• Identify errors and collaborate on ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Key participant in reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Assist with financial statements and supplemental schedules
• Organize doocumentation on business processes to ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
• Prepare special financial reports as needed by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
