Cleveland Clinic’s Caregiver Office aligns all aspects of caregiver experience and engagement for all of Cleveland Clinic’s caregivers around the world. It is the single place for resources and support that every caregiver needs to learn, grow and thrive at Cleveland Clinic.  
 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Take direction from an assigned supervisor or leader.  

  • Assist with administrative, clerical, patient service or operational support duties.  

  • Follow all department procedures and guidelines.  

  • Complete daily assignments, projects or tasks.  

  • Maintain equipment, files and databases.  

  • Participate in performance improvement activities or meetings that recommend actions to improve results.  

  • Assist with patient service functions once trained and assigned.  


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Some positions may require additional education or training.  

  • Experience required will vary by assigned department and position.  


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to attend meetings.
  • Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
