RN Coordinator– Community Health Outreach - Full Time Days - Ambulatory Care Network /Weill Cornell

In this role, you will bring your clinical, leadership and communication skills to various settings where among other responsibilities, you will participate in creating and implementing health education and screening programs for the community; collect data & make presentations; develop and maintain strong relationships with community and department leaders.

This is a full-time position that includes evening and weekend programs.

 

Preferred Criteria

 

·        Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field

·        Ambulatory care experience in primary or community health

·        Ambulatory Care Board Certification

·        Program Management

·        Bi-lingual – English/Spanish

 

Required Criteria

 

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

·        Current New York state RN license

·        BLS certification through the AHA

·        At least 5 years of clinical RN experience

·        Excellent oral and written skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (reports/spreadsheets)

·        Strong leadership skills and experience

$67,500-$143,000/Annual
