What you'll do:
Support, guide, and develop the best-in-class program management solutions focused on driving delivering and executing on complex security efforts.
Ensure delivery of key projects and initiatives.
Drive efforts utilizing your knowledge of core Project Management principles and methodologies as well as lead and provide guidance to a cross functional team consisting of engineers, product and business resources.
Create and own program level deliverables such as roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, scope and other typical artifacts as needed.
What you'll bring:
5 + years of Program Management experience.
Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire their teams. Should be able to set clear goals, provide direction, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication skills are crucial to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page. They should be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, listen actively to others, and foster open dialogue.
Must be highly organized and skilled in planning and prioritizing tasks. Need to develop and execute project plans, identify and manage risks, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Should possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Need to be able to analyze complex situations, identify potential issues, and provide innovative solutions. Should also be comfortable making difficult decisions and taking responsibility for the outcomes.
Being adaptable and flexible in their approach is essential for successfully navigating highly dynamic situations and finding alternative solutions when necessary.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
