What you'll do

As a Treasury Risk Manager, you’ll be making sure that the Group’s activities comply with our risk appetite and risk management standards. You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to form reasoned judgements from limited information, sometimes at pace
  • An understanding of capital risk stress testing such as ICAAP, RRP and the wider regulatory agenda
  • Good people and relationship management skills, with the confidence and credibility to challenge constructively at all seniority levels
