  • Develop, socialize, and create buy-in for cross-product, cross-functional, and multi-lateral CNC Duals Integration strategy to include short and long-term strategic development.
  • Finalize & implement integrated CNC Duals Operating Model across LOBs, shared services, and markets (to include clinical, member experience, technical, network access & quality, community-based coordination, and member acquisition models).
  • Leverage local, enterprise, external/community, and combined resources and processes; identify & scale best practices from across enterprise.
  • Develop differentiating financial, health outcome, disease-specific, and health equity-focused operating model solutions.
  • Measure, report, and manage integrated CNC Duals Operating Model performance within market and LOB P&Ls (to include financial, clinical, health outcome, operational, network, and member experience performance).
  • Drive annual CMS and routine State multi-lateral Duals product development and bid strategy input and leverage public policy expertise and interpretation to drive CNC strategic positioning.
  • Ensure financial and member impact-focused benefit design optimization through coordination of Medicaid & Medicare coverage.
  • Drive innovation and effectiveness in Duals product design.
  • Chair/lead cross-product, functional, and multi-lateral MMP Conversion/DSNP RFP/SMAC Agreement processes (including partnership with Bus Dev & Markets).
  • Define, assess, report on on-going CMS & State compliance and reporting readiness.
  • Serve as internal & external executive leadership representative and advocate (serve on key Duals-related industry groups).
  • Drive and report on on-going federal and state-level Duals policy strategies (define & help drive Duals Stars and Alignment policies).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree business, healthcare administration or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in Managed Care supporting complex populations to include prior executive-level experience in Duals. Prior experience in Duals policy and engagement with CMS/State Regulator engagement required.

Pay range: $350,000 - $800,000

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
