The Head of Development will lead client education initiatives with a primary focus on external
sales training, specifically tailored to the real estate industry. This role will be critical in helping
clients maximize the value of their partnership with the company by providing strategic training
that enhances their sales and marketing efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to
shape the success of our clients by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to
excel in real estate sales.
You are good at:
Client Training Delivery: Designing, creating, and delivering engaging sales training
programs tailored to real estate professionals and companies.
Developing Training Strategies: Collaborating with clients to assess their sales
training needs and devising customized training solutions to enhance their performance
and success.
Supporting Sales Teams: Partnering with internal commercial and corporate sales
teams to deliver client training as part of service packages and as a tool for lead
generation.
Sales-focused Learning Modules: Creating learning modules that empower clients to
improve their real estate sales strategies and techniques, integrating best practices in
the field.
Public Speaking & Event Representation: Representing the company at industry
events, conferences, and webinars as a thought leader, host, or keynote speaker to
promote client education and company expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in learning and development with a strong focus on external client training
delivery.
Proven experience in the creation, development, and facilitation of sales training
programs, particularly for real estate professionals.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience in hosting training
sessions or seminars for large audiences.
At least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
Familiarity with real estate sales and marketing strategies is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
