The National Installation Manager is a key leader within our Field Operations team, responsible for overseeing a team of remote installation professionals across multiple locations. This individual will ensure efficient training, onboarding, and scheduling of installers, driving the success of installation projects nationwide. As part of the leadership team, the National Installation Manager will also contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes, shaping the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of remote installation professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement onboarding programs for new installers, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for success.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee and maintain the schedules for remote installers, ensuring projects are staffed and completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance & Site Visits: Travel to project sites to perform quality checks, ensure installations meet company standards, and provide on-the-ground support and feedback to installation teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team in field operations to develop and implement long-term strategies that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining installation processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize data and performance metrics to track progress, measure success, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Address any operational or logistical issues that arise in the field, providing quick and effective solutions.

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven experience managing a team of remote or field-based employees, preferably in installation or field operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, particularly in scheduling, coordination, and project management.
  • Experience in training and onboarding employees, with the ability to create effective programs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites for quality assurance and team oversight.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with software tools related to project management, scheduling, and performance tracking.
