  • Key missions of the position:
  • The purpose of this role is to ensure data & processes consistency and highlight business issues / decisions to be taken vs our budget & STRAP

Responsibilities

     Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and executes SIOP strategy: Medium / Long term OPS resources management in coordination with Product Lines and Regions (18 months view, 1 to 3 months monitoring)
  • Animate SIOP Regional council & follow up vs budget / Strap.
  • Ad’hoc Customer interface on contractual logistics and supply chain requirements, on Product Line demand
  • Highlight business issues to define risks and opportunities and decision to be taken (resources / procurement / customer schedule) improving service level, efficiency and customer service.
  • Lead SIOP regional council meetings  
  • Develop dashboards to provide transparency and single source of truth across functional areas to ensure alignment and optimal results. 
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Budget and STRAP Forecast accuracy, OTD, Inventory DOS, SIOP Meeting attendance
  • Improve supply chain standards & introduce best practices for Transit.
  • Ensure respect of defined product families and consolidation at Product Line / Regional / Transit level
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust project demand forecasting model (firm demand and forecast) by product family together with Sales/PM/ OPS team on a regular basis.
  • Work with IT to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning. 
  • Set-up and animate SIOP council for tool update, standard deployment, site needs and best practices sharing.
