We are seeking a candidate to assist our People Success Team with HR Management Systems projects, documentation, and data processing, as well as provide support for HR initiatives across our global offices. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
You will be reporting to the Global Head of  People Success Team and you’ll serve as an essential resource for the People Success Team and employees across our campuses. You will be responsible for supporting HR processes, HR systems and administrative work streams for CIC globally.  

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage global HR systems:
Updating and maintaining employee data and processes in the HRMS.
Supporting the implementation of different workflows in the HRMS.
Assist with building processes within the HRMS.
Helping with collecting data and creating reports.

Shared Service Center tasks may include:
Maintaining order in company’s files.
Making sure that employment contracts and other legal documents are digitized, updated and stored appropriately (physical and online).
Updating local, company documents as needed in coordination with appropriate Centers of Excellences to ensure consistent standards.
Assisting with the upkeep of repositories of HR policies in a shared folder and repositories of local templates (e.g offer letters).
Participate and contribute to team initiatives as appropriate.

You are detail oriented and have  project management skills. You are also a service-minded person who is reliable, clever and able to work independently. Moreover, you are a bright, proactive person, interested in what we’re doing and willing to learn and grow with us over the years.

YOU HAVE
• Knowledge of UKG and/or any other HR management systems is a plus.
• Coordination experience and/or project management experience.
• A natural interest in helping and supporting others.
• Polish and English knowledge is a must (English at C1 minimum).
