Valeo’s VIE Program?

 The site of Kanda based in Japan belongs to the Power Division. We are looking for a VIE HR for 12 months to be engaged in HR tasks in the Kyushu/Kanda site. 

Your challenges?

• You will coordinate and consolidate training needs and actions.

• You will assist employees and managers with MyLearning.

• You will compile training data for audits (IATF, V5000).

• You will manage training evaluations and action plans.

• You will schedule and organize training for production employees.

• You will oversee talent development campaigns for operators.

• You will support employee relations activities and legal postings.

• You will manage time attendance, absences, and payroll queries.

• You will support new hires and departures, manage documents.

• You will facilitate well-being initiatives and quality of life improvements.

• You are graduated from a master degree in ideally in HR

• You have a fluent level of japanese 

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
