Your future team

The Marketing Analyst Associate works with our distribution agencies directly to obtain licenses of applicable states for our appointed agents, as well as completion of internal forms for submission to Licensing and Commissions HQ. This role follows-up on appointments, manages and distributes quote requests that come in for Sales team members to process and handles password and other administrative requests by the distribution members.

Responsibilities

  • Updates agent contact information
  • Updates licenses and submission paperwork for all distribution members, as well as verification of required license
  • Manages the distribution of quote requests to Sales team members
  • Interacts and manages relationships with agency licensing partners
  • Collects and maintains agent database and makes necessary updates to CRM tool

What we are looking for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail should be a top skill possessed by the successful candidate
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proven customer service skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent written communication
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

For positions based in Woodland Hills, CA, and Jersey City, NJ, the hourly rate of pay is $20.00 - $22.00. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
