About the Role

岗位名称:高级经理, 营销员渠道业务发展

岗位职责:

1、执行、跟进业务推动和人力发展的方案的实施,达成营销服务部/营管处各项指标:

① 根据公司的业务发展计划,协调推动各类业务发展项目,例如业务竞赛、增员项目等,确保其有效实施;

②组织各类营销员活动,如事业说明会、产品说明会等,推动公司产能的提升和人力发展。

③组织各种会议,如通过早会、夕会,组织业务主管会议,日常、年度等相关策划会等,向保险营销员传递公司信息,交流业务经验,协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持。 激励和辅导营销员:

④通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求,激励其提升产能。

⑤编辑、更新、制作营销服务部海报、宣传栏信息,进行职场布置以及相关设施维护,塑造良好的职场文化。

2、处理日常事务,确保营销服务部/营管处正常运作:

  ①通过会议或个人面谈收集保险营销员的意见和建议;

  ②跟进、处理营销员的纠纷、特批申请、申诉、纪律

  ③跟进营销员和业务主管的资格考试、合约考核和终止;

  ④安排、处理营销服务部日常事务;

3、关注营销服务部/营管处日常行政事务,及时申领各项物资或报修,确保营销服务部各项设备正常运转。

4、清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求。

5、及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险。

6、主管安排的其他工作。

担任营销服务部负责人(向监管报备)的人员,还需承担如下工作职责:

7、维护营销服务部与当地各类监管机构(监管机构、政府部门、媒体等)的良好关系,按照公司规定做好对外事务的及时汇报及信息的上传下达工作。

8、反洗钱相关:

①客户尽职调查和客户身份资料及交易记录保存管理:

a)通过开展营销员培训,推动营销员有效开展客户尽职调查工作;

b)配合合规部完成客户尽职调查(大额、可疑交易等环节);

反洗钱基础工作:

a)支持开展营销服务部反洗钱宣传、培训;

b) 按规定配合当地监管检查、调研、走访等。
