The Vice President of Enterprise Data Strategy and Solution will drive the strategy and direction of the Data and Analytics organization while providing exceptional services and solutions to Fluence internal and external business partners. They will have the opportunity to shape and deliver world-class analytical capabilities in support of Fluence's mission. The immediate focus for this role will be on advancing the Data & Analytics team’s capabilities, confirming long-term architectural direction, developing leading-edge solutions, and creating close partnerships with business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing thought leadership on how the data ecosystem should align with SAP S4/Hana, our Data Lake environment to create information assets to meet program and operational needs of the organization. This role will be responsible for building upon the existing foundation and strengthening our core around Master Data, Data Architecture, E2E Data Design, and Data Governance. Our goal is to mature our capabilities in this space, and this role is fundamental and critical in this journey.
The Vice President of Enterprise Data will report to the Chief Information Officer and lead a growing team, along with off-shore & near-shore resources.
