Summary

Group Sales Box Office at Broadway.com (GSBO) is looking for a multi-faceted marketing generalist with specialties in account management, event management, social media management, copywriting, data analysis, and organizational systems to support and expand all current marketing and partnerships efforts.

This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing, Partnerships, & Insights. They will work alongside the Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager, and in collaboration with the entire GSBO team including sales, insights, operations and fulfillment to promote GSBO and its partners to existing and potential group ticket buyers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Show-Specific Partnership Account Oversight including pitching, on-boarding, budgeting, invoicing, execution.
  • Lead event management including VIP client and staff events.
  • Lead partnership reporting including sales reports and activation recaps.
  • Lead data-driven outreach campaigns.
  • Lead current archival and organizational systems, as well as develop new ones to accommodate new initiatives.
  • Lead social media planning and execution as well as community management.
  • Lead copywriting for e-blasts, blog post, publication advertorials, etc.
  • Support the promotion and development of the Broadway Cooperative, a multi-partner year-round marketing plan aimed at promoting Broadway throughout the tourism and travel industry, and its various initiatives including in-person sales events, digital placements, and more.
  • Support the creation of GSBO and Broadway Cooperative marketing materials and collateral.
  • Support the scheduling and execution of GSBO and partner emails and newsletters.
  • Support the maintenance and updates to the consumer-facing website as well as the internal CMS.

Education and/or Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel (required)
  • Comfortable with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides (required)
  • Comfortable with Meta Business Suite (required)
  • Basic design experience (required)
  • Asana experience (preferred)
  • Html coding experience (preferred)
  • Canva experience (preferred)

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, partners, or members of the industry.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret excel tables and sales reports.
  • Ability to write promotional copy that conforms to prescribed style and format.
