About the Role:

As Customer Marketing Manager - Patient Empowerment, you will:

Develop and execute health awareness campaigns to educate and engage the public.
Manage resource allocation based on customer insights.
Collaborate closely with brand teams to align disease awareness efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute disease awareness campaigns on Zalo, social media, SEO and SEM platforms, crafting compelling content to educate and engage the target audience.
  • Optimize the current digital platform, website and explore new avenues like apps to expand our disease awareness reach.
  • Harmonize the disease awareness journey from online to offline, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand team to align disease awareness efforts across multiple brands and achieve our disease awareness objectives.
  • Plan and execute disease awareness campaigns with precision, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure success.
  • Showcase creativity in content creation that adheres to brand communication guidelines, GSK policies and local laws and regulations while effectively promoting disease awareness.
  • Leverage operational analytics to assess the effectiveness of disease awareness campaigns on different digital channels and respond accordingly to drive maximum engagement.
  • Manage allocated resources and budgets for disease awareness initiatives, optimizing their impact across various digital platforms.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Local language required for the role (Vietnamese). Proficiency in English communication.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in a brand management or senior digital marketing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful disease awareness campaigns through various digital channels.
  • Proficiency in optimizing digital platforms and exploring new opportunities to raise awareness.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring well-planned and executed campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience in utilizing Zalo, social media, SEO, and SEM effectively.
