This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources within a professional environment. As an HR Intern, you will contribute significantly to the digitization of our employee records in Brazil.

 

As an HR Intern you will:

• Assist in maintaining the electronic timekeeping system, including data entry and shift scheduling.
• Provide support in processing benefits requests and employee registrations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries related to timekeeping, benefits, and general HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR-related tasks.
• Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
