As our Senior People Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our People Operations, focused on ensuring a great employee experience, with an eye for the details. Key areas of responsibility include: payroll, benefits and 401k administration, HRIS data integrity, and compliance, working alongside our broader HR team. This role is expected to drive automation and streamline processes to enhance efficiency within the HR function. Your contribution will be crucial in supporting our organization's ongoing growth by implementing effective people operations programs, processes and systems. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and foster an environment where our employees feel supported and can thrive.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
