Position Summary

The Talent and Culture (TxC) partner will join a team of partners deployed to support the highest value enterprise/functional priorities and critical projects within BMS. These priorities and projects may include, but are not limited to, supporting the execution of talent, experience, and engagement practices, as well as coordinating various interventions that support organizational performance. This colleague may align with multiple projects from design to execution and provide support across both the Talent Strategy and Culture Strategy teams. The role will focus on driving deliverables and fostering seamless connection and alignment across HR to ensure enterprise, functional, and HR objectives are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leaders within the Talent and Culture organization to coordinate, manage, and execute key initiatives effectively.

  • Support culture-related initiatives by conducting analysis and diagnostics, brainstorming innovative cultural ideas, and assisting with storytelling efforts.

  • Coordinate and program manage organizational effectiveness portfolio

  • Work with different functional areas of our HR Team—e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner Teams, Global Inclusion and Diversity, and Enterprise Learning—to deliver results and develop cross-functional knowledge.

  • Adapt swiftly to changing business needs by being deployed to critical priorities and projects as required, demonstrating agility and responsiveness.

  • Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR colleagues, business leaders, employees, and external partners.

  • Utilize HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making, measure the impact, and continuously improve HR processes and practices to drive effectiveness aligned with business strategy and objectives.

  • Drive outcomes and deliver on TxC Contributions through a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function and across the organization. Encourage feedback, innovation, and learning from successes and failures to enhance processes and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5-7 years of relevant HR experience or relevant business/strategic consulting

  • Pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred

  • Self-motivated and agile individual with a proactive mindset, consistently taking initiative and demonstrating strong accountability to drive projects forward and achieve results.

  • Data Driven: Experience in the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau.

  • Quick Learner: Prior success working independently in fast-paced, adaptable, and flexible situations while driving strategic initiatives, delivering results, and resolving issues.

  • Team Player: Strong experience building relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating across diverse business backgrounds and cultures. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Effective Communicator: Demonstrates excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with various internal and external stakeholders to engage and influence at all levels.

  • Critical Thinker: Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement, challenging the status quo, and thinking outside the box.

  • Action-oriented: Pursues tasks with a sense of urgency.  Shows accountability by taking ownership of responsibilities and completing them with the highest quality on time.

  • Program Management: Agile and resourceful individual with a track record of delivering results through speed, innovation, and simplification of complex processes. Skilled in leveraging available resources to drive tasks and projects forward while effectively managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
