Job Description:

SCOPE: Responsible for all activities of the Gonzales facility including personnel, budget, programs, and resources. Responsible for staffing and other clinical and administrative functions. Ensures the highest quality of delivery of care to patients. Acts as a liaison between the physicians, clinical and administrative staff. Increases recognition of the Center by targeting physicians, healthcare professionals, and industry and managed care/insurance companies and providing information and programs that meet their needs. Strengthens and builds referral relationships with identified external customers through direct and indirect contact on an as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor's degree preferred.
•    Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree        
•   At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration and/or management preferred
•   Clinical licensure preferred but not required.


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:    
•    ICD 10 coding a plus
•    Oncology experience a plus
•    Experience with ONCO EMR and MOSAIQ EMR platforms a plus
