We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to own & create an amazing visual and user experience across our corporate website and landing pages.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our consumer-facing website and campaign landing pages. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to create innovative and intuitive page designs that meet both audience and marketing needs, brand look and feel, and business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker,  a problem solver, up for experimenting with increasing conversion rates, and a strong advocate for user-centered and brand design principles. You will have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

The UXUI Designer will report to the Director of Brand & Marketing Design within the Corporate Marketing Division and have a dotted line to the Growth Team.  

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as a UX/UI Designer in the Marketing Department means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Own the design for the corporate website pages and campaign landing pages. 
  • Research and create best-practice components and web page templates according to marketing needs and use cases.
  • Using, refining and mapping Similarweb’s design system for web pages to maintain consistency of the brand’s looks and feel.
  • Create or guide micro animation and interaction design to execute a better flow and delightful experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineers to define and implement engagement tactics, visuals and delightful experiences.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and the brand’s look and feel.
  • Adjust the design across various platforms: IOS, Android, desktop, mobile-web.
  • Integrate the brand’s visual language and tone of voice into user interfaces.
  • Expand the brand’s visual identity in order to match various messagings. 
  • Execute all visual design stages from research, through wireframing to final hand-off to engineering and QA. 
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Create visuals for web pages to communicate values and product features 
  • You will work with External website building tools such as Wordpress and Webflow to increase velocity and decrease dependency on other resources, while maintaining high quality design and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends, best practices, and industry standards in order to create delightful and effective user experiences.

 

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  1. 2+ years of demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) design in a product company
  2. Experience in Marketing Design practices
  3. Demonstrable UI design and illustration skills with a strong portfolio, and excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user interaction.
  4. Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. 
  5. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe suite and other design tools 
  6. Proficiency with site-building tools, and some experience with WordPress.
  7. Proficiency in working and communicating with R&D teams 
  8. Excellent communication skills (in English) - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. 
  9. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively through the medium of web design.
  10. Self-managed with an ability to prioritize workload and meet critical project milestones, working in a fast-paced environment.
