Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, facilitating discussions on transformation and the customer journey, and ensuring that the technology and business solutions align with their requirements. You will also be responsible for translating customer needs into actionable business and technology strategies, driving functional and application designs that meet the unique demands of each client. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights. - Develop and document integration strategies that align with client objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with API management and data integration tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
